Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges and you retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.

7-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first subscription payment, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to first-time payments on Starter and Pro plans only.

Top-up minute packs

One-time top-up packs are non-refundable once minutes have been used. If you purchased a pack but have not used any minutes, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.

Billing errors

If you were charged incorrectly — for example, charged twice or after cancellation — contact us and we will resolve it promptly with a full refund of the erroneous charge.
